It just means our operation systems are more compatible with cost effective software. That doesn't mean we're all using fancy software. Mac compatible software is often expensive. Many affordable or free screenwriting software isn't Mac compactible. Good news, page 1 and cover page doesn't need to be numbered. My concern is that if you submit a script that's not formatted for screenwriting, and Pages is not capable of screenwriting format, that you'll get either get auto rejected or scammed. Page numbers are mandatory for all scripts, including competitions. It's not trivial and it's always good to ask. ![]()
